This 30 minutes treatment begins with you lying on your back in our tranquil treatment room. Starting with some deep breathing exercises, we then begin on your head, relieving tension held through the head and neck area. We then begin working down towards the shoulder, arms and hands. At this point, we turn you over to begin working on your back. We use a variety of massage techniques to gently work the whole body.
